Are there discounts given for multiple teams from the same Club?
For 2018,

Clubs that register 2-4 or more teams will receive a 20% discount for each team.

Clubs that register 5 or more teams will receive a 40% discount for each team.

How do I register?
Required Registration Materials:

• Tournament Roster and Waiver Form. (Please send original and one copy.)
• Guest Permission Forms. (IF NECESSARY)
• Copy of 2018-2019 Official League Roster.
• Copy of 2018-2019 Player and Coach Cards.
• Copy of Permission to Travel for teams outside of OYSAN. (IF NECESSARY)
• All OYSAN required documentation for NON-USSF teams. (IF NECESSARY)
• Check or Copy of Payment Receipt

e-mail or snail-mail registration must be received by Friday, August 24

Only complete registration packages will be accepted.
No Registration Materials will be returned – please do not send original League Rosters or Player Cards. Approved tournament rosters can be picked up at in-person registration or 1 hour before your first game at tournament headquarters.

In-person registration is Friday, August 31, 5-8 pm.
